Stamping, production, assembly
Every movement of our machines turns precision into reality.
Production begins with calibrated presses, precisely set to perform blanking, bending, deep drawing, and threading. Additional finishing and assembly operations are carried out in dedicated, fully equipped stations.
Every stage is carefully monitored to ensure maximum accuracy and full compliance with technical specifications, transforming the material into metal components ready for industrial integration.

During the entire production process, each component is subjected to constant measurements and checks, ensuring that the drawing specifications are met with absolute precision.

In-house and external treatments
Finishes for components that last over time. After stamping, the parts can undergo internal treatments such as tumbling, washing, degreasing, and waxing, carried out in our dedicated department with suitable machinery.
When required, we also carry out external treatments through qualified suppliers, such as galvanic coatings or heat treatments, always under our strict supervision to ensure full compliance with the specifications.
