Every component owes its quality and reliability to the care dedicated to designing its mold.
This is why we manage the entire mold life cycle in-house — from design to maintenance — ensuring total control, consistent precision, and superior performance.

Starting from the customer’s technical drawing, our technical department develops custom molds, optimized according to the raw material, production volumes, and the complexity of the component. Internal design allows us to anticipate and solve potential issues before production begins, ensuring efficiency and durability. The mold is manufactured in our facility, along with final testing and validation.

The first sample batches undergo detailed measurements and dimensional checks, ensuring perfect correspondence with the technical drawing.
A constant internal maintenance program guarantees a multi-year lifespan of the molds, even after millions of strokes, while maintaining unchanged precision over time.
This allows us to ensure production continuity, strengthen customer loyalty, and guarantee consistent quality throughout the entire life cycle of the project.

The quality of every component we produce begins with the rigorous selection of raw materials.
Our production process starts with meticulous selection based on certifications, precise technical specifications, and a deep understanding of the chemical-physical properties of metals.
This approach ensures consistent performance and full compliance with the needs of the most demanding sectors, such as automotive and medical.
Each material is chosen through careful analysis and dedicated technical consulting.

We purchase only certified metals, with documentation proving their compliance with the required specifications, including chemical composition, mechanical strength, hardness, and the appropriate heat treatments—such as annealing—necessary to ensure high-precision processing.

We are specialized in processing metal strips with thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 2.5 mm, allowing us to handle with micrometric precision the challenges of blanking, bending, and deep drawing thin and delicate materials, which are essential for sectors such as electrical and electronic.
To ensure speed and flexibility, we keep a wide stock of materials such as brass, copper, bronze, stainless steel, hardenable steel, iron, aluminum, and special alloys like titanium, beryllium copper, and copperweld.
This availability, combined with strict controls and full traceability, allows us to be a reliable partner for the production of complex, high-precision metal small parts.

HIGH-PRECISION COMPONENTS.

Every component leaving our facility reflects Tecnostamp’s commitment to precision, reliability, and performance. Our goal is to provide finished products that faithfully meet the customer’s technical drawing and quality expectations.
All processes are carried out with high precision on metal strips with thicknesses between 0.1 mm and 2.5 mm, meeting the needs of the electronics, medical, and automotive sectors.

Blanking, bending, deep drawing, threading and assembly are carried out with high-speed mechanical eccentric presses, while every stage is accompanied by accurate checks to ensure compliance with the required tolerances.

During and after production, constant measurements ensure full conformity of the components, even after external galvanic treatments, thanks to X-ray instruments.
Internally, we perform tumbling, washing, degreasing, and waxing, while for specific treatments we rely on qualified suppliers, with strict controls at every stage.
